PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 Re-Implementation in Production at Primerica, Inc.

FRAMINGHAM, MA – August 18th, 2014 — Beacon Services and Primerica, Inc. (NYSE:PRI), of Duluth, GA. today announced a successful go live on PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, DB2, for General Ledger, Payables, ePro, Inventory, and Cash Management. Primerica performed their last upgrade 10 plus years ago to version 8.4 for GL/AP, while they were still part of Citigroup. The Beacon/Primerica team re-implemented GL and AP, transforming their GL from a data processing engine to an INFORMATION engine, and added punch outs and sophisticated workflows that bring Primerica to a near-paperless environment. Primerica runs PeopleSoft FSCM on a DB2 (Z/OS) platform.
