FRAMINGHAM, MA – October, 2015 — Beacon Services and Amica Mutual Insurance of Lincoln, RI., have successfully completed an PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade of Amica's Financials applications.
Amica is a direct writer of personal insurance with auto, homeowners, personal excess liability and marine coverages. The company is known in the insurance industry for its financial strength and exceptional customer service.
The PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade project included the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing/ePro and Inventory applications. In addition to the upgrade from version 9.0, the project also converted the database from DB2/zOS to MS SQL Server.
