ORACLE ERP CLOUD CONSULTANT

As part of our practice, Beacon offers design, implementation and upgrade/update services for ERP Cloud. We work closely with each customer to define a strategy and approach with emphasis on defining deliverables and milestones, project phases, upfront estimates and time frames. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Beacon Application Services is seeking motivated and experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Lead consultants. Our consultants have the skills, knowledge and business savvy to deliver exceptional consulting services to our client, and help them in optimizing the benefits of Oracle Cloud. RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Providing functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert, leading clients through the full life cycle implementation for Oracle ERP Cloud
o Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
o Facilitating Conference Room Pilots
o Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet requirements along with documenting application set-ups
o Creating functional specifications for interfaces, data conversions, reports, and application extensions
o Developing Security designs
REQUIRED SKILLS:
o At least 5 years of experience in a Functional Lead consulting role
o Experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financial applications
o Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement
o Hands on experience with ERP Cloud release 10 or later
o Experience with implementations and upgrades
o Previous experience in leading financial ERP implementations and upgrades
o Possesses the ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
o Providing best practice advice for adopting vanilla functionality
o Develop and provide training and knowledge transfer
TRAVEL: No relocation necessary. Travel required.
