Project Managers
PeopleSoft Consultants – Functional and Technical
(Financials, HCM, EPM, CRM, Supply Chain)
Position Overview:
Your responsibilities include the implementation and /or upgrade of PeopleSoft applications for Beacon’s clients, writing project plans, managing project issues and assisting in response to RFP’s in the sales cycle.
Position Requirements:

Functional or technical knowledge of any of the following PeopleSoft Application Suites – Financials, HCM, EPM, CRM, Supply Chain.

Project experience implementing, upgrading or utilizing PeopleSoft software systems from a consulting perspective.
-
A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience working with PeopleSoft and 5-10 years of professional work experience.

Technical Requirements
Implementation skills (any or all of the following):

System ‘customization’ (tasks utilizing various tools to develop panels, menus, new fields and processes)

Job processing (schedulers, report distribution)

Environment/configuration planning (installation, development, staging, production)

Database skills: SQL, SQR, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, Informix
General Experience

Consulting experience - Client relations, project and task organization skills, strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within teams, the ability to adapt to project challenges

Bridges the gap between technical and business process tasks.

Client/Server technology - Unix, networks, general PC usage
