Flexibility

believe that it is important to balance a career and family life. Our
organization is decentralized across the country, which allows us to offer
opportunities close to home as possible.
We hire consultants as permanent employees; we do not hire for specific projects. We continue to hire experienced professionals and invest in them in an effort to create long term employment relationships.
