EPM has as its core, a data warehouse that is used as the system engine for transforming data into strategic information through the use of analytic applications, such as Activity-Based Management, Asset-Liability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Risk Weighted Capital. The data enriched by these applications is then available for reporting and analysis through the use of industry reporting templates such as Balanced Scorecard and a variety of end user reporting tools.
